WESTMORELAND STATION

A 248-unit, Class A, mixed-income, transit-oriented development at 2700 S Westmoreland Rd, offering direct access to the Westmoreland Station Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). Featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom units at 50% AMI, 60% AMI, and market-rate bands, the project includes green energy features (Low-e windows, EnergyStar appliances, high-efficiency HVAC) and amenities like a resort-style pool, fitness center, and community center. Over 3,000 sq ft is leased to Kids University for after-school tutoring and social-emotional learning.

Westmoreland Station was one of the first projects to step up and tackle the City of Dallas “1000 Unit Challenge” introduced by City Council in 2020 to challenge developers to develop high-quality essential housing in close proximity to public transit such as the Westmoreland DART light rail station.

A 264-unit, Class A senior-living development at 10725 Shiloh Rd, serving residents aged 62+ with 40 townhomes and 224 apartment units across multiple income bands (30% AMI, 50% AMI, 60% AMI and market-rate). With development costs exceeding $45 million, the community includes a renovated 9,000 sq ft community center, a resort-style pool, and ADA-accessible units. Completed in Q4 2022, it is fully leased and converted to a permanent loan.
