Adrian utilizes his knowledge of complex financial structures, including LIHTC, HUD, TCAP, USDA, federal grants, state subsidies and partnerships, to successfully procure these developments. With careful collaboration of the development team, Adrian maintains involvement in all THP projects from concept to completion. From site selection, feasibility, application, finance and stabilization. Travis started his career with 4 years of experience in the design and construction of commercial and residential developments, with a focus on urban multifamily and mixed-use projects. Since 2021 he has led the charge in originating a mix of 4% and 9% LIHTC projects totaling over 750 units throughout Texas, including Austin, Dallas, and Fort Worth. Holding a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, Travis leverages his engineering design experience to oversee all aspects of planning, design, and construction. His experience spans across the states of Texas, Colorado, and Oklahoma.
