Special Initiative
Westmoreland Station was one of the first projects to step up and tackle the City of Dallas “1000 Unit Challenge.” Introduced by City Council in 2020, it was a challenge to developers to focus on high-qualify, mixed-income developments closely located to public transit such as the Westmoreland DART light rail station.
