Estates at Shiloh marked the first City of Dallas partnership with Generation Housing Development and the first development to receive City of Dallas NOFA funds in the newly designated Reinvestment Strategy Area in the Comprehensive Housing Policy. The development featured a unique rehabilitation of 40 townhomes and included 224 new construction units. Estates at Shiloh features a resort-style swimming pool, spacious fitness center, state-of-the-art theater room, and an improved high-frequency DART Bus Stop along Centerville Road.
